It’s finally happening — and we’re celebrating it together!! The 38th All Aboard! Startup Cebu Mixer marks a major milestone for our community with the formal introduction of Startup Ecosystem Alliance (SEA) Cebu, Inc. — a community-led, non-stock, non-profit organization born from the movement started by Startup Ecosystem Builders (SEB). This is a long-awaited step toward formal representation of the startup community — a platform that brings stakeholders together, aligns collaboration, and advances innovation and entrepreneurship across the city and the province. We’re also celebrating a big win for the ecosystem: the creation of the Technology Startup Council in the Province, formalized through an Executive Order signed by Gov. Pam Baricuatro on January 15, 2026. A strong signal that the startup community now has a voice at the provincial level.
