Esna Ong is Venture Partner at nVentures (South Asia-focused VC headquartered in Singapore) and the Founder of Maynger (www.maynger.com), an entrepreneurship platform providing critical mentorship, capital and technology access to early-stage startups in the Middle East and Pakistan. Formerly in her role at Google Cloud as Regional Startup Success Manager in Asia-Pacific, she catalysed startup programs for hundreds of startups across Emerging Markets including Pakistan, Vietnam and Indonesia. Her career spans across policy-making and innovation, with first-hand experiences working at Enterprise Singapore, the United Nations, and high-growth startups. As a cross-border ecosystem builder having lived and worked extensively across the Greater Middle East, Esna builds with a deep conviction that hyper-local entrepreneurship is the most powerful vehicle for economic mobility and systemic change.

Patrick Simeon, is a Senior Business Development Manager at Payoneer, working with businesses across the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Australia to help them scale internationally through cross-border payments and global commerce solutions. With extensive experience in business development, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategy, Patrick has worked closely with startups, SMEs, and enterprise companies expanding into new markets. His insights will offer founders and aspiring entrepreneurs a practical look at the opportunities, challenges, and lessons that come with building beyond borders.
